GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICES
If any item is sold for less in any current national catalog or publication, we will sell that item for 5 cents under their in stock price. Identify item and publication AT TIME OF ORDERING (not included are competitors closeouts, discontinued merchandise, or outlet store prices). Item must be in stock with competitior at time of purchase.
15-DAY PRICE PROTECTION
If we lower the price on any item (except for internet closeouts and automatic markdowns) within fifteen days from purchase, we will gladly refund the difference upon request.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (Overnight/2 day) ORDERS
Internet Orders must be received by 12:00pm EST, Monday-Friday to guarantee same day shipping. No delivery hour is guaranteed or implied . All overnight orders placed on Friday before 12:00pm EST will arrive on Monday. If you wish to have Saturday delivery, there is an additional $12.50 charge. All 2nd Day orders placed on Thursdays before 12:00 EST will arrive on Monday, and all 2nd Day orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. We are not reponsible for delays in delivery by our carriers due to bad weather or other natural causes.
CANADIAN/PUERTO RICO ORDERS
We are NOT accepting orders shipping to Canada at this time.
Our prices are listed in US dollars. If ordering by mail , money order must be imprinted with US funds. Personal checks are accepted if drawn on a US bank. Customer must pay all duties, taxes or custom fees. The standard method for shipping is first class mail. There are additional shipping/handling charges for most Canadian/Puerto Rico orders (based on weight). These charges will be manually calculated and added to your order. Please email us or call, prior to ordering for an exact shipping/handling quote. Additional charges for express delivery. We are unable to ship some items to Canada/Puerto Rico due to size. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
The standard shipping method is First Class Mail or Federal Express 2-Day AK & HI Service (based on weight). Please see our Shipping Chart for cost. There will be additional shipping/handling charges for packages over 10 lbs. These charges will be manually calculated and added to your order. Please email us or call, prior to ordering for an exact shipping/handling quote. We are unable to ship Standard Ground Service to Alaska or Hawaii, if you order is entered as such, it will be adjusted to ship via US Mail and you will be charged accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Our web site does not calculate shipping/handling charges for international orders. The standared shipping method is Federal Express International Economy. RETURNS POLICY
Please ship returns to: Wrestling One, 323 9th Ave N, Safety Harbor, FL 34695 (we do not accept COD's). We recommend UPS Ground or US Mail Priority Insured. It is important to provide proof of return and you may want to protect yourself against loss or damage. Please include the back of your packing list if possible. If not, please include reason for return, contact name/phone number and name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order. We will refund actual shipping costs from a UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment. We will not refund shiping costs on these types of returns shipped via express services such as; Federal Express overnight or 2-day service. Merchandise returned with excessive use, damaged, soiled or over 30 days from date of purchase, may be subject to a restocking fee, credit slip refund or refused and returned. Returns over 60 days will be replaced against defects only. Books, videos software, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective. We help determine sizes and other information, but are not responsible for the cost of shipping if items have to be returned. If you would like to exchange an item for an incorrectly ordered item, you must include reshipping charges. A $10.00 box fee will be charged for each damaged shoe box. We recommend packing all shoe boxes within another box before shipping.
If you are returning any portion of an order that included a shipping promotion, shipping will be re-calculated based on the portion of the order that you keep, and your account will be charged accordingly.
GUIDELINES
We offer the following guidelines for trying on apparel or footwear. We recommend that you try on all apparel and footwear immediately upon receipt.
We offer the following guidelines to follow in case they do not fit and you may wish to return them. Before trying on singlets/tops, please remove perfumes and deodorant. For an accurate fit we recommend trying on all items as they will be worn. Do not try on over other clothing. Underwear must be worn while trying on garments. When trying on long pants, please remove shoes as to not stretch the pant leg. Please do not remove tags or mark on tags attached to garments. When trying on shoes, please use socks, and only on clean surfaces (such as carpet). Do not wear outdoors. All apparel and footwear must be returned in the same condition as you received them within 30 days. Shoes must be returned in their original box. The box must be put inside another box to be returned.
BACKORDER POLICY
Due to manufacturers delays and/or unexpected demand we may at times be temporarily out of stock on certain items. If you place an order for any merchandise that is not available, it will be noted on your packing list inlcuded with your order. If this should occur, we will not bill your credit card until time of shipment. All backorders are shipped standard ground service or US Mail without any additional shipping charges.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
If merchandise was damaged in shipment, you must report the damage at once to your local carrier (UPS, FedEX, Post Office or Truck Line). You MUST hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection, otherwise no claim will be honored.

PERSONAL CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS
We accept personal checks or money orders by mail only. Your check must be imprinted with name, street address and daytime phone number. Payment by check may result in delay of your order more than the standard 72 hour time frame. DO NOT SEND CASH! Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00 or the maximum allowed by law.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept purchase orders via fax or mail only (phone calls are not accepted). Your purchase order must be drawn on an official school or goverment purchase order form. All signatures are required. There is a $25.00 minimum for all purchase orders. All purchase orders are subject to a $3.50 handling fee and extra shipping charges may apply based on the weight of your order.
TAX EXEMPT ORDERS
State sales tax must be charged on all orders shipping to the State of Florida. If your organization is tax exempt, a tax exempt certificate must be submitted with each and every order.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Wrestling One actively reports and prosecutes all actual and suspected fraud.We may require additional information from the card holder, including a telephone confirmation of the order, before your order is shipped. Our decision to require additional information is at our descretion. Wrestling One reserves the right to cancel, delay, refuse or recall from the shipper any order suspected of fraud.Wrestling One captures specific information during the order process, including time, date, IP address and other information that can be used to locate and indentify individuals committing fraud. Any Wrestling One order that is suspected to be fraudulent will be submitted with or without a subpeona to law enforcement agencies and to the credit card company for fraud investigation. Wrestling One will cooperate with authorities to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
